Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with early NSCLC or lung metastases treated with SBRT using FFF. 2. Adequate follow up period of more than 6 months after SBRT

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Incomplete documented medical records or inaccessible data 2. Incomplete treatment
