Inclusion criteria: 1.lamaelar macular hole 2.Age >/= 18 yr 3.VA </= 6/18 4.no other retinal pathology

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.other retinal pathology 2.previous retinal surgery 3.Glaucoma 4.high myopia(>6 diopters)
