Exclusion criteria: -Smoking, alcohol drinking or drug abuse -Vitamin C supplement within 3 months -Inflammatory bowel syndromes or malabsorption syndrome -Chronic kidney disease -Contraindication for vitamin C intake : hemochromatosis, allergy
