Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Children age 6-14 years, chief complaint of frequent blinking in out-patient department of ophthalmology clinic in King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital and Rutnin Eye Hospital
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Previous diagnosis ADHA, Autism, Delay development by Psychiatrist or Pediatrics - Not co-operate including unable to read Snellen chart, slit-lamp examination and tear break-up time test - Patient and parents cannot give any details about daily life activity Last previous treatment less than 1 month
