18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. age 18-60 years old 2. evidence of Anti-IFN Ƴ autoantibodies by one of these techniques luciferace immunoprecipitation system (LIPS), anti-IFN Ƴ autoantibody ELISA, particle-based technique, immunobloting technique, modified competitive inhibition assay using Bioplex cytokine assay 3. negative for anti-HIV antibody 4. equal or more than 2 times infects below agents and confirmed by culture, PCR or biopsy - nontuberculous mycobacterium (NTM) - disseminated fungal infections (e.g., penicilliosis marneffei, cryptococcosis, histoplasmosis) - disseminated herpes zoster infection non-typhoidal Salmonella bacteremia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.history of cancer 2.using corticosteroids or other immunosuppressive agents within 4 weeks before screening or day that found opportunistic infection
