Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age > 18 years 2. Patients with indications for bronchoscopy in outpatient clinics 3. SpO2 >= 95% at ambient air 4. Heart rate <= 140/minute and blood pressure <= 180/90 mmHg before bronchoscopy 5. Cooperative, able to communicate, able to follow commands
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Refuse to be enrolled to the study 2. Patients with hearing problem and/or blindness 3. Patients with chronic respiratory failure, including baseline PaCO2 > 45 mm.Hg, long term oxygen and/or home ventilator use 4. Patients with severe psychiatric disorder 5. End of life care patients
