Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Be diagnosed as atypical femoral fracture by ASBMR 2013 2.Willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Contraindicate to surgery 2.Open fracture 3.Receive prior surgery
