Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Globus symptom Normal finding of EGD or Barium swallowing or High resolution manometry

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Psychological disease Significant heart disease and/or arrhythmia PPI and/or H2RA use within 2 weeks before randomization MAOI or SSRI or TCA use within 2 weeks before randomization History of drug allergy that use in research Pregnancy or breast feeding Decline to participate in study
