18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inpatients who were identified by ICD- 10 code K 83.0 and K 80.3 in Electronic medical records.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Patients not meeting Tokyo consensus criteria for acute cholangitis were excluded . -Patients who were transferred from other hospital. -Patients who developed acute cholangitis while in the hospital. -Patients who were older than 80 years old -Patients who have a history of cirrhosis -Patients with CKD who have GFR less than 40 ml/min -COPD gold D who must have home oxygen therapy
