Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. recovering ARDS patients in ICU 2. PEEP setting at least 8 cmH2O 3. Stable pulse oximetry (SpO2 at least 90%) without adjusting ventilator for more than 12 hours 4. Stable hemodynamics for at least 6 hours
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Age less than 18 years 2. Pneumothorax or bronchopleural fistula 3. Underlying COPD 4. Pregnancy
