Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: second and third year medicine residents, who have already attended 1-hour lecture and 2-hour hands on workshop 6 months before this trial

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: medicine residents who have never attended an ultrasound program one who refuse to participate the study
