Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. recovering ARDS patients ( FiO2 = 8 cmH2O, PF ratio > 100 mmHg) 2. hemodynamic stable patients 3. Age 18 - 90 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Pneumothorax or bronchopleural fistula 2.Pregnancy 3.COPD
