Interventions

During no touch condition&#44
participants will stand with the arm position similar to light touch condition but without touching the touch device.Ten successive trails will be collected for each condition&#44
30 seconds or without fatigue rest between each trial and 5 minutes rest or without fatigue between each condition. ,Light touch condition&#44
the touch device will be set at dominant side of the participants. Participants will put their index finger of dominant hand touch on the touch device for 15 seconds before beginning of gait initiatio
a 10&#45
minute practice session or until they are able to perform task will be given to familiarize the participants with using a touch device.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants who was diagnosed PD, treated with dopaminergic medication 2. In Hoehn & Yahr stage 2-3 3. Ability to walk without gait aid more than 10 meters when ON medication 4. Understand and follow simple commands

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants who are unable to complete the procedures 2. Have cognitive impairment (Thai Mental State Examination scores less than or equal 23) 3. Have other neurological diseases that affect sensory impairment in the arm and leg such as stroke 4. Have musculoskeletal conditions that affect the ability to walk such as fracture and arthritis 5. Have sensory system pathology affecting walking or communication such as blindness, deafness 6. Have surgical treatment for PD such as deep brain stimulation
