Inclusion criteria: Physicians who treat MVP’s and perform ventilator settings in Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, the Philippines, South Korea, Japan and Singapore.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Physicians who have never treated MVP’s or perform ventilator settings
