Interventions

Lifting a box with weight in 4 conditions. Consist of two differences foot placements (same level and different level of foot placement) and two load conditions (7 kgs and 14 kgs of weight). In each t
the participants lift 5 times with 2 minutes rest between trials.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy male participants 2. Aged between 18-25 years 3. Body mass index 18.5-22.9 kgs/m^2 4. Hight between 160-185 cm. 5. Right-handed

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Musculoskeletal disorder at spine and limbs in last 6 months 2. Neurological condition or muscle weakness 3. Low back pain in last 6 months 4. History of surgery at abdominal, spine and limbs in last 1 year 5. Limbs deformities 6. Conditions that could not lift a weight or cannot do heavy exercise 7. Participant ask to terminate the study
