(1) Study at least in a first level of elementary education (2) Be able to read and understand simple sentence ,Parents/caregivers who have children with cerebral palsy age 4&#45

ten to fifteen persons per year) which taking children to school&#44
special education center&#44
physical therapy clinic in Bangkok or other area
