All participants will perform 14 push and pull 400 N cart on simulation floor which can adjust degree of ramp that consist of: •Push and pull a cart at 0 degree of slope (2 tasks) • Move a cart up

20 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Workers who work in industries or hospitals in Bangkok Metropolitan Region 2. Aged between 20-55 years 3. Bodu Mass Index between 18.5-24.5 kg/m2 4. Working with pushing or pulling task at least 1 hour per day, and 4 days per week 5. Having experience of working with pushing or pulling task at least 2 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Having musculoskeletal disorders or cardiopulmory complications that affect pushing or pulling tasks 2. Having neurological problems 3. Having a history of surgery in 3 year ago 4. Having the problems of communication and cognitive
