Patients are instructed to wear the dressings all day . Removed every 4&#45
6 hours for massage wound inspection and shower(removed no longer than 15&#45
20 minutes) ,Removable rigid dressing component 1.Stump sock 2.below&#45
knee plaster cast 3.Stockinett with one end tied 4.Supracondylar suspension cuff Method of wear the dressing same the elastic bandage group

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age at least 18 years, 2. Immature stump, 3. Able to cooperate effectively (No communication or cognitive problems, or has a caregiver or surrogate if unable to communicate/understand effectively), 4. Agree to participate in the study and sign the consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Stump with complications (Uncontrol infection or ischemic of stump), 2. Uncontrolled co-existing medical conditions: Congestive heart failure, End organ failure
