Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: all systemic lupus erythematosus patients who meet diagnostic criteria of Systemic Lupus International Collaborating Clinics (SLICC) Classification Criteria for Systemic Lupus Erythematosus 2012 and treated at a university-based hospital ( King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital, Bangkok, Thailand) from 2015-2016.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ANA-negative patients Lupus-like patients with negative ANA test
