18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -18-40 years old patient -Confirmed endometrioma from pelvic ultrasound -Endometrioma sized more than 3 cms. -Unilateral - Accepted laparoscopic surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - previous adnexal surgery, except tubal ligation - previous hormonal used within 3 months - The complete resolution of ovarian cyst after GnRH agonist treatment - Can't be measure AMH level - Suspected or doubtful in malignancy - GnRH agonist allergy - Previous severe side effect from GnRH agonist used
