Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients undergone SPECT MPI using Tc-99m MIBI as radiopharmaceuticals in KCMH 2-day adenosine-induced stress/rest protocol with SIEMENS SPECT machine from 2013 to 2015 2. The patients went through CAG by a board-certified interventional cardiologist within 1 year after SPECT MPI

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient had prior coronary artery bypass graft 2. The patients whose SPECT MPI was done incompletely, i.e. rest study was not performed due to normal stress image. 3. The patient whose SPECT MPI was performed without CT for attenuation correction
