Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: -Aged 40-75 years old. -Patients were diagnosed as having type 2 diabetic and Peripheral sensory deficit was assessed with The Michigan Neuropathy Screening Instrument (MNSI). Having score of the MNSI higher than 2.5 out of 10 for physical assessment section. -Patients can control the blood glucose level for 3 times during the follow up prior to the study. -Patients able to sit on the floor 1 hour without pain or discomfort in the lower extremity. -Good co-operation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: -Having a diagnosis peripheral venous insufficiency, cardia, renal, or hepatic insufficiency, uncontrolled hypertension, or myopathic . -Having central nervous system dysfunction (such as hemiparesis, parkinson’s disease, and cerebellar ataxia) -loss sensation of foot -Foot ulcer -Contraindications of massage such as Fever, Recent operations or acute injuries, Skin diseases, Varicose veins, Undiagnosed pain, Inflammation, osteoarthritis
