Inclusion criteria: Gynecologic malignancy Carboplatin and paclixael regimen Age >/=18 ECOG ≤ 2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Gut obstruction Brain or bowel metastasis Using anticoagulant drug Other ginger tablet supplement Ginger allergy

To compare the effect between ginger and placebo in order to reduce intensity of delayed nausea day 2-5 nausea score (0-10)

To compare the effect ginger in order to reduce intensity of acute and delayed vomiting day 1-5 frequency of vomiting,To compare the effect ginger in order to reduce grade of CTCAE of acute and delayed CINV day 1-5 grading
