Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Elective, non cancer TAH with pfannensteil incision 2.Aged 20-60 3.ASA physical status 1-3 4.Ability to use PCA adequately

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Allergy to local anesthetic drug 2.Coagulopathy 3.Localized soft tissue infection at area of TAP block or spinal block 4.History of regular opioid usage 5.GFR 9) 7.BMI >30
