Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.The patients who have been categorized into moderate-to-severe thyroid eye disease group according to EUGOGO recommendation. 2. Age above 18 years old 3. The patients with normal thyroid hormone level (FT4, FT3) for at least 6 months 4. The patients who presented with thyroid eye symptoms of less than 18 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patients who have history of allergic reaction to selenium 2. The patients who previously took or who are currently taking selenium supplement. 3. The patients who are pregnant or breast-feeding.
