Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age more than 18 years old Patient under went arthrodesis, osteotomy in foot and ankle region

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: DM, neuropathy Chronic kidney disease Previous foot and ankle surgery Allergic to ketorolac
