Inclusion criteria: 1 Men and women aged between 45 and 60 years 2 Healthy; Subjects are not diagnosed with any disease 3 Non-regular exercises

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Cardiovascular disease e.g coronary artery disease 2 Respiratory diseases e.g chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) 3 Orthopedic problems e.g knee osteoarthritis 4 Neurological disorders e.g cognition impairment 5 Chronic infectious conditions
