Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. COPD in Clinical Severity 1-3. 2. Age 40 - 90 years. 3. Symptoms over 3 months. 4.Consent to participate in research Participate as a research sample. 5. Voluntary treatment and continuous treatment. By the time of day

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe fatigue (mMRC = 4) or (O2sat ≤ 90%) 2. Complications from respiratory infections. 3. Patients have severe herbal allergy. 4. Patients can not communicate or evaluate.
