Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patient who have symtomps low back pain and got diagnosis form doctor. about LBP select by ICD 10. take more than one visit of Teptara in Uthong hospital since 2006-2016.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: age < 18 years history of allergy to any of the herbs uesd in this study who used to get diagnosis about serious history of fracture/dislocation/surgery of spine
