Ginger poultice (200g) is applied to the affected ankle once daily for 5 consecutive days.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult Ankle sprain stage 1-2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Ankle sprain stage 3 or above History of ginger allergy
