Combined Thai Traditional Therapy that comprised of 3 interventions: (1) a 30-
minute Royal Thai Traditional Massage,
(2) a 15-
minute compression of the standard Thai herbal ball in the National List of Essential Medicine,
and (3) a 20-
minute masking the Chanuruk Herbal Recipe (8 herbs) once a week for 5 consecutive weeks
