Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ARDS according to BERLIN definition 2010 and Recovering phase 2. admit in medical icu 3. on PEEP ≥ 3 cmH2O 4. on FiO2 ≤ 0.6 to keep SpO2 ≥ 90% 5. PaO2/FiO2 ≥ 150 mmHg 6. no increase FiO2 or PEEP to keep SpO2 ≥ 90% at lease 24 hours 7. SBP ≥ 90 mmHg and no increase vasopressor at least 6 hours

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. age < 18 years 2. pneumothorax 3. lung bleb 4. auto PEEP 5. pregnancy
