Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All participants were screened to ensure they had an unimpaired ability to be able to stand up from a sitting position multiple times per session. The screening also ensured they had no significant medical history, no current problems affecting balance or everyday motor function, and no mental disorders.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with a Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score below 22 or a Movement Imagery Questionnaire-Revised (MIQ-R) score below 20 were excluded.
