Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Sputum AFB>= 1+ or sputum culture positive 2.X-pert gene no gene mutation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Culture TB found rifampicin resistance 2.Previous treatment found drug resistance or high risk for drug resistant 3.History of relapse TB in past 2 years 4.CNS tuberculosis 5.military TB &#44; pericardial TB&#44;pleural TB 6.HIV patient with CD4 < 500 7.Age below 18 years or more than 80 years

Primary

MeasureTime frame
increase rate and shorten time of sputum conversion 2 months after start treatment sputum culture

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
cure rate 6 months after start treatment sputum culture ,relapse rate 15 months after start treatment sputum culture ,poor outcome in 6 months course of treatment blood test
