Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 25- 65 years old Shoulder pain more than 3 months Get trigger point of upper trapizius muscle Sport tenderness Taut bands Hyper irritable and Jump sing and referred pain

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy Fracture of cervical Numbness of arms Take steroid Steroid Allergy and Get the other treatment such as acupuncture, physical therapy during going on project
