Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. No pregnant with intact uterus women age 20-40 years with endometriotic cyst needed laparoscopic surgery 2. Has suspected ovarian endometrioma diagnosed by ultrasonography size at least 3 cm 3. Regular menstrual cycle for more than 3 consecutive months 4. No oral hormonal treatment for at least 3 months, depot-medroxyprogesterone acetate (DMPA) or GnRH agonist for at least 6 before surgery 5. No NSAIDS treatment for at least 3 months before surgery 6. Willing to participate
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Women with underlying diseases such as DM, HT, thrombosis, abnormal coagulation, heart disease, liver and gall bladder disease, cerebral arterial/venous diseases, cancer. 2. Contraindication for oral combine pills such as allergy to pill, abnormal vaginal bleeding, endometrial hyperplasia 3. Abnormal pap smear 4. Drink alcohol or smoking 5. Pathology result not endometriosis
