18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients scheduled for screening/surveillance or diagnostic colonoscopy who able to provide informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with a history of inflammatory bowel disease, hereditary non-polyposis colorectal cancer or familial adenomatous polyposis syndrome 2. patients who ongoing used of antiplatelet of anticoagulant that precluded removal of the polyps 3. patients who developed active gastrointestinal hemorrhage with hemodynamic instability
