Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who need electroconvulsive therapy 2. Age 18-70 years old 3. ASA PHYSICAL STATUS 1-3
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy 2. Hepatic impairment 3. Patients who use beta blocker or narcotic drugs during electroconvulsive therapy 4. Patients who have contraindicated to dexmedetomidine
