Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria were as follows: male or female male or female age of 20-65 years, has allergic rhinitis symptoms as debuted in the Allergic Rhinitis with its Impact on Asthma (ARIA) guidelines, meaning patients experience itchy nose, runny nose, sneezing, nasal congestion and watery eyes more than 4 days per week, and consent to participation in the research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria were pregnancy, lactation, nose surgery within four weeks prior to participation, fever of over 37.5 degree cencuios , dizziness, fatigue, insomnia, starvation, dermatitis, open wounds during the trial and had a history of allergies to herbs, steam particles and heat.
