Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient age more than 18 year-old 2. Any patients currently use digoxin at stable dose for more than 4 weeks 3. Good medical compliance and follow up at Maharaj Nakorn Chiang Mai Hospital

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindication of digoxin 2. Unwillingness or inability to give informed consent
