Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inoperable cholangiocarcinoma patient 2. Pathologic proven from specimen that can bring for doing further pathologic examination. 3. Patient is able to perform MRI 4. Patient is older than 18 year-old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient treated with chemotherapy or radiation therapy 2. Patient with cholangitis 3. Pregnancy 4. Patient is contraindicated to perform MRI or Ga-68 DOTA-TATE PET/CT 5. Patient allergic to compound of DOTA-TATE

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To study of accumulation of Ga-68 DOTA-TATE PET/CT in inoperable cholangiocarcinoma. After performing PET/CT Uptake of Ga-68 DOTA-TATE on PET/CT image.—

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To study expression of somatostatin receptor type II in cholangiocarcinoma. After completion of PET/CT and pathologic exmination Uptake of Ga-68 DOTA-TATE on PET/CT image and somatostatin expression in pathologic specimen.—
