60 degree with participant&#39

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participant is sent for kidney biopsy due to indication: glomerulonephritis nephrotic syndrome rapidly progressive glomerulonephritis unexplained cause of acute kidney injury unexplained cause of proteinuria follow up after treatment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Serum creatinine > 3.5 mg/dL (duration > 3 months) 2. Kidney size by ultrasound is below than 8 centimeters in length&#44; 3.5 centimeters in width or cortex thickness below 0.8 centimeters. 3. Prothrombin time (PT) > 13.5 seconds&#44;activated partial thromboplastin time (aPTT) > 40 seconds or international normalization ratio (INR) ≥ 1.5 4. Platelet ≤ 100&#44;000/uL 5. Current medication: Aspirin&#44; clopidogrel&#44; warfarin&#44; heparin&#44; LMWH&#44; direct thrombin inhibitor 6. concomitant disease: acquired or congenital platelet dysfunction&#44; bleeding disorder. ึ7. Kidney transplant status. 8. systolic blood pressure > 160 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure >110 mmHg 9. Body Mass Index > 35 kg/m2 10.Pregnant 11.Active infection (7 days) 12.skin and soft tissue infection locate at biopsy area. 13.Single kidney participant 14.Hemoglobin < 8 g/dL 15.Structural abnormality of kidney 16.un&#45;cooporate participant 17. deny consent
