Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: postmenopausal tamoxifen-used breast cancer patients, age over 50 year who treated and follow up at Phramongkutklao hospital

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: breast cancer who used other hormonal treatment or used any steroid product with in 6 months breast cancer who had diagnosed about endometrial abnormalities before recruitment or had history of pelvic radiation breast cancer who have contraindication to endometrial sampling
