Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant woman with chronic hypertension > 20 years 2. ANC and planning to delivery at Khon Kaen Hospital and Srinagarind Hospital 3. Carrying a live, structurally normal, singleton fetus between 13 to16 weeks of gestation 4. Participants already informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1. History of bleeding disorders 2. Thrombocytopenia; platelet count < 140&#44;000/mm3 3. Placenta previa 4. Asthma 5. Allergy to aspirin 6. Planning to delivery in other hospitals
