Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: latent myofascial trigger point of upper trapezius muscle participants and age between 18-49 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: fibromyalgia acute infectious of upper trapezius muscle serious circulatory problem of upper trapezius muscle cervical radiculopathy cervical myelopathy whiplash injury cervical spondylosis
