Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Volunteers male or female 2-6 years old in Rajanagarindra Institute of Child Development. 2. Diagnosis Spastic Cerebral Palsy type diplegia. 3. GMFCS level 1-4.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a seizure disorder. 2. Respiratory disease such as asthma lung infection. 3. Have surgery or Botulinum toxin in 6 months. 4. In enteral feeding 5. In Tracheotomy 6. Have an underweight 7. Have prohibition of Massage.
