Varicella Zoster virus (VZV) infection. The pharmacological effect of Clinacanthus nutans Lindau was found to have anti-
inflammatory,
oxidant,
and especially anti-
viral activities.,Podophyllin is a cytotoxic agent that has been used topically in the treatment of genital warts. It arrests mitosis in metaphase,
an effect it shares with other cytotoxic agents such as the vinca alkaloids.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. male patients 18 years and older 2. diagnosed as anogenitalwart 3. at least two lesions of wart which are at least 1 cm apart 4. consent form obtained
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with HIV infection 2. patients on immunosuppressive drugs 3. patients with autoimmune disease
