Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patient who had knee pain with diagnosis of osteoarthritis. The patients were scheduled for simultaneous bilateral TKA.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.had previous knee surgery 2.had previous knee infection 3.had allergy to medicine used in the current protocol 4.history of deep vein thrombosis 5.history of heart disease 6.history of cerebrovascular disease
