Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy adults aged 35-65 years who live in Sung Noen District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province, Thailand

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria were BMI <18.5 kg/m2&#44; the presence of severe chronic conditions requiring medications such as diabetes&#44; cancer&#44; chronic kidney disease&#44; and coronary heart disease&#44; as well as current pregnancy or lactation.
