Dexmedetomidine 0.5 mcg/kg loading in 30 min Then 0.5 mcg/kg/h until 30 min before operation finish,NSS loading and continous drip at same rate and volume as group 1

18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elective c-spine surgery, Age 18-70 years old, ASA I-III, Not recieve any pain control, sedative or hypnotic medications 24 hours prior to surgery , Expect to be extubated after surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Previous c-spine surgery,Poor controlled hypertension (SBP > 140 mmHg at ward),HR 30 kg/m2
